Getting started
Three steps and the family board is live on your TV.
This page disappears once everything is set up. You can always find each step in the sidebar.
Calendar
Works like the TV: tap an event for details, filter by person, and step through the days with the arrows.
↻ Turn your phone sideways for the full calendar.
People
Add a calendar and say whose it is. Each person gets a color and nicknames for tagging.
Tagging
Events are tagged when a name or nickname appears in the title. Fix one below and check “always” to teach a rule.
Display
How the TV arranges its screen. With a side tile on, the calendar shows 3 days.
Photos
The TV plays a shared album from iCloud or Google Photos as its screensaver: when it sits idle on the calendar, the album runs for 5 minutes, then the calendar comes back.
Cameras
Home cameras the TV can show — on their own tab, or beside the week. Which cameras work?
Pick the camera's brand and Callie fills in its stream link, or paste the link yourself (it starts with rtsp:// or rtsps://). Video plays on the TV, not in this browser. Ring, Nest, Arlo or Wyze? See the camera guide.
Viewing
How the TV's Cameras tab arranges the feeds, and what the calendar shows.
Apple Home cameras: the TV also shows every camera in the Apple Home it's part of, with no links or passwords. It asks for permission the first time.
Lists & reminders
Groceries, chores, packing — anyone can check items off with the TV remote.
Lists
Whatever the TV should show next to the calendar.
Reminders
Weekly things that aren't calendar events — trash, recycling, street cleaning. They show as a chip on their day, and in the TV's “Next” strip when they're due.
Household
Board basics, who can sign in, your plan, and linked devices.
General
The board's name, clock, and how often feeds refresh.
Account & family
Who can sign in and edit this calendar — up to 6 accounts per family.
Subscription
One plan for the whole family — every device, every member, unlimited calendars.
Devices
TVs, iPhones, and iPads following this calendar. Link as many as you like.
